Desire Street

This new construction duplex was built in the historic Bywater neighborhood of New Orleans. This development included a brand new swimming pool that had to be built and installed prior to the dwelling due to the lot size. All exterior fixtures, facade, and paint colors had to be approved by the HDLC (Historic District Landmarks Commission).

Dauphine Street

This new construction duplex was built at the corner of Dauphine & Desire in the historic Bywater neighborhood in New Orleans. Hardwood floors, gas lanterns, and the modern exterior facade made this a one of kind project. All exterior fixtures, facade, and paint colors had to be approved by the HDLC (Historic District Landmarks Commission).

Maximillian Street

This urban infill project was apart of a historic renovation in Downtown Baton Rouge. The front building is a historic triplex that was renovated and able to utilize historic tax credits (state:$70k), and qualified for a tax abatement ($30k). The rear space was originally taken up by a shed that was demolished and made room for a 1,200 sqft duplex. This lot will consist of 5 units which was the max per zoning requirements.

This new construction duplex was a urban infill project in the historic Treme neighborhood of New Orleans.
